
TLM Consulting Group’s Founder and Director of Investigations, Tracey M. Frederick is an attorney with investigative experience in the legal and financial fields. A specialist in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, Tracey applies her legal expertise to expose the issues surrounding complex financial transactions while providing comprehensive, critical information to her clients.
Prior to founding TLM Consulting Group, Tracey served as Investigative Counsel and Director of New York Operations for Investigative Group International. Her responsibilities included directing daily operations for the New York office, maintaining client relationships, generating new business and supervising investigative teams working on complex due diligence cases. Her experience at IGI and mentorship from esteemed investigators propelled her to found TLM Consulting Group after leaving the New York area for Philadelphia.
Tracey received her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University’s School of Law and Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Lynchburg College. She also holds certificates of study in international business and business law from the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain.
Professional membership and affiliations include: Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, National Council of Investigations and Security Services, National Association of Investigative Specialists, and the Society for Competitive Intelligence.
Founder and Chief Operations Officer of an international investigative and security management corporation since 1984, David Roberts is a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Investigators, a Certified Security and Safety Consultant and a member of some of the most prolific investigative and security organizations in the world.
A former supervisory police officer emanating from specialist departments within New Scotland Yard in London, David has an acknowledged expertise at in-depth national and international insurance, civil and criminal investigations. He has extensive investigative, intelligence gathering and security management experience at government, legal, institutional, private and commercial level to include International Crisis Management, Emergency Response and Evacuation disciplines.
Formerly responsible for provision of executive and personal protective services to members of the Royal Families of Britain, Saudi Arabia and other middle-eastern countries, as well as diplomats, heads of commerce at Fortune 500 corporate levels and various high profile personalities from the entertainment industry; David has acquired extensive local, national and global expertise, specializing in the provision of advanced executive protection and associated security disciplines to numerous discerning high-profile clients both in commerce and the entertainment industry.
David is responsible for initiating, developing, managing and controlling, national and international strategic intelligence, investigative and security networking resources, assets and personnel; collating all information sourced, evaluating, disseminating and implementing such for the benefit of client strategies within domestic and international multi-faceted corporate project initiatives.
Laura Mazur is a seasoned investigator with 18 years of dedicated experience. Mazur began her career with Investigative Group International in New York. Mazur has extensive knowledge of state and federal court systems, government institutions and private sector organization which provide pertinent information, often crucial information to the investigative field. Mazur has incredible talent for analyzing and extracting relevant information from all types of records and she is particularly adept at conducting sensitive interviews and complicated under-cover and surveillance matters.
Mazur has been featured in articles in Vanity Fair and Marie Claire (France) and was also featured in a segment on Extra, pertaining to her investigative work.
Mazur received a B.A. in History from New York University in 1986.
Robert X. McInerney is highly experienced in the field of security, security audits, special event security design and risk management. He has been providing sophisticated security consulting services to corporate clients, as well as high-risk individuals for many years. While serving as the Director of Security for Philip Morris Companies, Inc., his direct responsibilities included designing and implementing security and safety plans and operations for the protection of personnel, facilities and other assets. Collateral duties included special security efforts, both domestically and internationally, for the protection of high-profile executives, Board of Director meetings, conferences and other special events.
A specific special event accomplishment included performing as the co-manager and Chief of Security for an unprecedented corporate sponsored $60 million nationwide tour exhibiting the original Bill of Rights document for a 15-month period. The project, with a traveling staff of 65, hosted over 1.5 million visitors without incident. VIP receptions during the tour included weekly hosting of dignitaries such as the Dalai Lama, former President Gerald Ford, numerous governors, mayors and other elected officials.
A graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, McInerney is a recognized professional in the security industry and has been granted the title of Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by the American Society for Industrial Security. McInerney completed a successful 22-year career with the New York City Police Department in 1986, retiring as Lieutenant, Commanding Officer of the Crime Prevention Division. A public spokesperson on security issues and a published author of security related articles; McInerney is also a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy.
